Training Methods
Our courses are available in-person or online and can accommodate up to 12 participants. They are offered as in-company (Intra) or open-enrollment (Inter) sessions and are delivered by one of our expert trainers. For larger sessions, we provide an amphitheater than can accomodate up to 40 participants.
For remote sessions, we use Microsoft Teams, an interactive solution accessible on any device.
In-Company Training (Intra)
Dedicated to your employees, these sessions are usually held at your premises or a location you provide.
This format fosters team cohesion, experience sharing, and a common understanding of tools and best practices.
We tailor our training to your company’s challenges and context to address your teams’ concerns and facilitate the assimilation of concepts and tools.
Open-Enrollment Training (Inter)
These sessions take place at Groupe SAVE locations:
Le Havre, Paris, Lille, Colmar, Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux.
They encourage the exchange of best practices and valuable experiences among employees from different companies.

Training Process
Prepare
Participants receive a questionnaire with their invitation to identify expectations and, where possible, address individual needs.
Engage
Sessions begin with an introduction round, allowing participants to get acquainted and share their challenges and expectations.
Our teaching approach: a balanced mix of theoretical content, practical case studies, and interactive activities such as tests and quizzes.
Our experienced team remains available to answer questions throughout the training.
At the end of each session, participants complete a feedback survey on the content and delivery, in line with our continuous improvement process.
Apply & Capitalize
A follow-up survey is sent 1 to 3 months after the training to assess the application of methods and identify any challenges encountered.
All training materials are provided at the end of the session and can be resent upon request.
