On-site or distance learning
Training courses can accommodate up to 12 participants
They can be organized on an inter-company or intra-company basis
They are led by one of our experts
For distance learning, we provide you with Apizee, a secure, participative tool accessible on any device without installation. Group work is carried out in interactive virtual rooms.
Intra-company
Dedicated to your employees, training generally takes place on your premises or at a venue you make available.
This type of training promotes team cohesion, experience sharing and a common vision of tools and best practices.
We adapt our training courses to the challenges and contexts of your company, so as to be as close as possible to the concerns of your teams and facilitate the assimilation of concepts and tools.

The process
Getting ready
With their invitation, trainees receive a questionnaire designed to ascertain their expectations and, where reasonable, to respond to individual points.
Take advantage
Training courses start with a round-table discussion to enable trainees to get to know each other and to reformulate their issues and expectations.
Our pedagogy: 40% knowledge, 40% case studies and 20% interaction through tests and quizzes.
Our experienced team is available to answer questions throughout the course.
At the end of each session, trainees complete an on-the-spot survey on training content and delivery, in line with our certification and continuous improvement approach.
Capitalize
A cold survey is sent 6 months after the training to measure the appropriation of the methods but also to take into account any difficulties encountered.
All training materials exchanged are returned at the end of the course, and can be sent back to the trainee on request.
